1. Submit the Franchise Application and Financial Statement

2. Attend an initial meeting at our corporate headquarters

3. Go through our restaurant operations orientation

4. Develop and submit a business plan

5. Attend our "Franchise Opportunity Day" at corporate headquarters

6. Initiate development of your Big Boy franchised restaurant

7. Training in operations and management

8. Complete construction and open for business
