Operating Partner

A leader who believes that adherence to standards are the key to operational success, must enjoy serving others and believes that rewards come from results. Is expected to be successful in planning, staging and executing great hospitality and the Best Food on the Planet in sparkling clean restaurants and the Operating Partner understands and is focused on building relationships and maximizing profits achieved through the ongoing development of and performance of passionate team members. This position reports to the Operations District Manager.

Assistant Manager

A leader responsible for the management and supervision of their team members. Working under the direction of the Operating Partner, the Assistant Manager is expected to possess knowledge of Big Boy operating standards, procedures and policies in addition to teaching and demonstrating these standards to others. This position must be committed to building teams who provide instant guest recognition, excellent hospitality, service and delivering the Best Food on the Planet in pristinely clean surroundings.

Unit Shift Leader

The primary role of this entry level leadership position is to assist the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction each shift by extending hospitality excellence, managing, coaching and delegating to team members and ensuring welcoming behaviors, delivery of the Best Food on the Planet and maintaining high cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the shift. This position reports to the Operating Partner.

Restaurant Team Members

Desirable traits include helpful, friendly personalities, good communication skills, the ability to work well with others and exceptional hospitality and service to our guests.

Servers

Extend genuine hospitality through prompt, attentive and courteous service that sets us apart from our competition. Personalize each guest’s dining experience just as you would in your own home.

Greeters / Cashiers

Extend fantastic first impressions and exceptional, welcoming hospitality to our guests. As the first and last person our guests see you will be setting the tone of their dining experience and lasting impressions to ensure they come back soon!

Service Assistants

Maintain exceptional cleanliness and sanitation through-out the restaurant each shift and anticipate team member needs to ensure delighted guests.

Buffet Attendants

Ensure the buffet a visual and focal point in our restaurants, always looks appetizing and is maintained to ensure cleanliness as well as fresh and appealing offerings for our valued guests to enjoy.

Cooks

Maintain the highest possible standards by delivering the Best Food on the Planet with quality products cooked and presented to perfection 100% of the time in a clean, safe and organized kitchen. Cooking for our guest’s just as you would for friends and family in your own home.
