KIDZ BOP x Big Boy Sweepstakes

Participating locations: Alpena, Battle Creek, Cadillac, Cedar Springs, Charlotte, Cheboygan, Clare, Clinton Township, Gaylord, Grand Rapids, Greenville, Imlay City, Kalkaska, Lake Orion, Madison Heights, Midland, Muskegon, Owosso, Port Huron, Rochester, Taylor, Telegraph, Traverse City, Warren, Wyoming. KIDZ BOP x Big Boy Sweepstakes Official Rules: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Adults may enter on behalf of a minor (e.g., their child) for the purpose of winning the prize intended for family use. Employees of Big Boy Restaurants, KIDZ BOP, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate. 

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on June 30, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on July 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. 

How to Enter: Purchase Entry Method: Complete the official sweepstakes entry form available at participating Big Boy locations between June 30 and July 14, 2025. 

No Purchase Necessary Entry Method: To enter without a purchase, send a 3x5 card with your name, address, phone number, and email address to: 26300 Telegraph Rd #102, Southfield, MI 48033. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 10, 2025 and received by July 14, 2025 to be eligible. 

Limitations on Entries: Limit one entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, or illegible entries will be disqualified. 

Prize Details: Two (2) First Place Winners will each receive: 

• Four (4) VIP Tickets to a KIDZ BOP concert 

• Four (4) VIP Pre-Party Passes 

• Four (4) Meet & Greet Passes 

Eight (8) Runner-Up Winners (four per show date) will each receive: 

• Four (4) Standard Admission Tickets to a KIDZ BOP concert 

Tickets are valid only for one of the following performances: 

• July 24, 2025 at Pine Knob Music Theatre in Auburn Hills, MI 

• August 20, 2025 at DeVos Performance Hall in Grand Rapids, MI 

Travel, transportation, parking, meals, and any additional expenses are not included. 

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing and notified via email or phone on July 15, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

Winner Notification: If a potential winner does not respond within 2 days, fails to comply with these rules, or cannot accept the prize as stated, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. 

Entry Conditions: Each participant agrees that all decisions made by Big Boy Restaurants are final and binding in all matters related to this sweepstakes. 

Release and Indemnification: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Big Boy Restaurants, KIDZ BOP, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and all related entities, as well as their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Live Nation, Pine Knob Music Theatre, DeVos Performance Hall, KIDZ BOP, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not sponsors and are in no way responsible for the administration, verification of winners, or fulfillment of prizes related to this sweepstakes. 

General Conditions: Big Boy Restaurants reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes in the event of technical failures, fraud, or any other factor beyond their control. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted by automated means will be disqualified. 

Winner’s List: To request a list of winners, email Social@BigBoy.com after July 22, 2025. Requests must be received by July 31, 2025. 

Governing Law: This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and all disputes will be resolved in courts within these jurisdictions. 

Privacy: Information collected from participants is subject to both Big Boy Restaurants’ and KIDZ BOP’s privacy policies and will be used solely for the administration of the sweepstakes. 

Miscellaneous: The invalidity of any provision of these rules will not affect the validity of any other provision. If a provision is deemed invalid, these rules will remain in effect as if the invalid provision were not included.
