GRIT Burger Sweepstakes Official Rules (formerly called Lions Playoff Sweepstakes)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of Michigan who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Big Boy Restaurants, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted starting from 12/23/2024 and ending at 11:59 PM on the night before each winner announcement:
Divisional Round: January 12, 2025
NFC Championship: January 19, 2025
How to Enter:
Purchase Entry Method: Purchase a GRIT Burger and receive a sweepstakes card with a QR code. Scan the QR code and complete the online entry form to enter.
No Purchase Necessary Entry Method: To enter without a purchase, send a 3x5 card with your name, address, phone number, and email address to 26300 Telegraph Rd # 102, Southfield, MI 48033. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the following dates to be eligible for the respective rounds:
Divisional Round: Postmarked by January 9, 2025, and received by January 10, 2025
NFC Championship: Postmarked by January 16, 2025, and received by January 17, 2025
Limitations on Entries: Limit one entry per person per day, regardless of entry method. Duplicate, incomplete, or illegible entries will be disqualified.
Prize Details: The winner will receive four (4) tickets to attend one (1) Detroit Lions home playoff game at Ford Field, if such a game is scheduled during the current NFL playoff season. If no home game is played for a round, no prize will be awarded for that round.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing and notified via email or phone on the Monday before each playoff game:
· Divisional Round Winner Notification: January 13, 2025
· NFC Championship Winner Notification: January 20, 2025
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each round.
Winner Notification: If a potential winner does not respond within 2 days, fails to comply with these rules, or cannot accept the prize as stated, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Entry Conditions: Each participant agrees that all decisions by Big Boy Restaurants are final and binding in all matters related to this sweepstakes.
Release and Indemnification: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Big Boy Restaurants, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and all related entities, as well as their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor: The sponsor of this sweepstakes is Big Boy Restaurants, located at 26300 Telegraph Rd # 102, Southfield, MI 48033.
DLI Properties, LLC, Ford Field, their parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not sponsors and are in no way responsible for the administration, verification of winners, or fulfillment of prizes related to this sweepstakes.
General Conditions: Big Boy Restaurants reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes in the event of technical failures, fraud, or any other factor beyond its control, such as the Detroit Lions not hosting a playoff game at Ford Field. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted by automated means will be disqualified.
Winner’s List:To request a list of winners, email Social@BigBoy.com after 1/22/2025. Requests must be received by 1/31/2025.
Privacy:Information collected from participants is subject to Big Boy Restaurants’ Privacy Policy and will be used solely for the administration of the sweepstakes.
Miscellaneous:The invalidity of any provision of these rules will not affect the validity of any other provision. If a provision is deemed invalid, these rules will remain in effect as if the invalid provision were not included.
